Frequently Asked Questions

What's the Refund and Cancellation Policy?

We understand that plans can change and we will gladly assist you in making changes to your order date and time whenever possible. We accept cancellations by email ONLY prior to 7 days in advance. All changes must be handled AND approved directly via email. We reserve the right to charge a change fee AND/OR cancellation fee if insufficient time is given, as stated above, due to costs incurred in the purchase, priority and preparation of the order.

Do You Require A Deposit?

We require a 50% non-refundable deposit for all orders. Payment is due at the time of booking. Until payment is received, the order is NOT finalized or in our calendar. In the event that the order is cancelled, the deposit is not refunded.

Do You Accommodate Individuals with Food Allergies or Other Dietary Restrictions, such as Keto, Gluten-free, or Vegan?

Yes, many cakes and bakes goods can be made without certain ingredients. Keto, gluten-free, and vegan options are available for an additional charge.

Do You Provide Samples or Tastings of Any Cakes or Baked Goods?

For wedding cake orders, a sampler box can be provided. 4 Flavors for $85. *Please allow a week from when its ordered to receive.

Are Orders Pickup Only?

All goods are available for both pickup and delivery. Delivery price is based on distance and if toll is required. Shipping is paid by the customer. Subject to change.

How Many Days Prior to the Pickup Date Should I Order?

All cake orders must be submitted 1 week prior to the pickup date. Orders that need to be made in a shorter time period will be subject to an additional fee ($50). At least 3 days are needed to complete orders with a shorter time period (cupcakes, basic cookies, basic cakepops,etc). No exceptions.
